Historical financial data includes all active and closed projects for which invoices have been paid and are therefore part of the case’s financial history.

Please note that scoping is required to verify data format and project correlation.

FAQs

  • Periscope 1.0:

    • Offers a limited number of reports. There are new charges on your contract for new reports

    • No ability to edit or change reports yourself

    • Limited number of users (Owners/Managers access only)

    • Only uses Filevine core data (no Lead Docket or other Filevine products' data)

    With Periscope 2.0, you can:

    • Have unlimited dashboards/charts powered from 15 datasets (1 dataset can power hundreds of dashboards/cards/charts)

    • Get Admin access for users so that they can build dashboards/reports themselves, make edits and changes, and control other users' access

    • Invite other users and set report/content access

    • Integrate data from additional Filevine products like Lead Docket

    • Have the ability to upgrade to full Domo, meaning that you can pull in data from non-Filevine sources (such as QuickBooks, Call Rail, social media accounts, etc.)

  • Let's set up a time to chat! We can help launch you on Filevine’s more advanced 2.0 system. We will work together to connect your data and set up the standard cards with the new system.
